    India

In 2009, I moved through the Golden Triangle - Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, and Udaipur - carrying curiosity and leaving with far more than I arrived with. I encountered extraordinary generosity, openness, and human connection at every turn. The intensity of colour, ritual, and daily life was overwhelming in the most beautiful way. I returned home with an extra bag filled with souvenirs, but more importantly, with memories that reshaped how I see the world and how I photograph it.

    Vietnam

This chapter of The Exhibition captures a fleeting encounter with Vietnam in 2012. With limited time in the country, my lens gravitated toward the Mekong Delta—where life unfolds slowly along the water’s edge. These photographs reflect moments of quiet rhythm and everyday resilience, shaped by movement, trade, and tradition. Though brief, this experience left a lasting visual imprint, reminding me that even the shortest journeys can hold profound stories.

    Cambodia

I arrived in Cambodia with no plans to stay. I knew little about its history, and even less about what it would give me. But somehow, quietly and completely, it stole my heart. Through the kindness and resilience of its people, through stories I had never been taught, Cambodia became a place I couldn’t leave behind. I keep coming back, again and again. People often hear me saying that a part of my heart is Cambodian - and it’s true.
